CLASS ONE - APOLOGETICS WITH PETER PELLERIN
PROPOSED TOPICS FOR THE CLASS:
Week 1 (Sep. 25) - Introduction to apologetics/ and "In the Beginning" (Session 1 from God's Crime Scene). This focuses on the origin of the universe.
Week 2 (Oct. 9) - Origin of Life (Sessions 3 from God's Crime Scene). This will focus on the origin of biological life.
Week 3 (Oct. 23) - Signs of Design (Session 4 from God's Crime Scene). This will focus on the complexity of life and the inadequacy of the theory of evolution to explain it.
Week 4 (Nov.6) - Our Experience of Consciousness and the evidence from evil (Sessions 5 and 8 from God's Crime Scene) This will focus on the argument from consciousness as an evidence for the existence of God and the existence of evil as an argument for the existence of God.
Week 5 (Nov. 20) - The resurrection of Jesus (May use materials from the same author from his book "Cold Case Christianity) or use another book
Week 6 (Dec. 4) - Part 2 on the resurrection of Jesus, or alternatively discuss the prophetic evidence

CLASS TWO - CHRISTIANITY 101 WITH PASTOR TONY
This class will be an introduction to christianity and what we believe, as well as a short discussion on J I Packers book Knowing God (optional reading material)
