Clean Water Projects

Calvary Creekside hosted annual Bike-A-Thon’s from 2012 - 2019. So far we have raised over $128,000 for different clean water projects around the world. This money has allowed us to bring clean water in Jesus’ name to 5 different countries and hundreds of communities all over the world. We partnered with Danny and Vanessa Beams since 2016, who started Agua Yaku in Bolivia in 2008:


Past Projects:

2019 - $10,000 - Bolivia - Wells in the Santa Cruz area

2018 - $15,000 - Bolivia - Wells and water filters to the villages of Pailon, San Julian, Buena Vista, Samaipata, and Lomerio

2017 - $17,000 - Bolivia - Wells and water filters throughout the Santa Cruz area

2016 - $15,000 - Bolivia - 10 new wells in the Santa Cruz area

2015 - $8,000 - Uganda - Distributed 36 LifeStraw 2.0 units and 15 LifeStraw community units in Gulu area

2014 - $11,000 + $35,000 grant from Mt. Baker Rotary - Phillipines

- 5 Planet Water Aqua Towers installed in East Samar serving 500 people per day with clean water

- 20 Day 1 Response Backpacks

- 100 LifeStraw Family 1.0 units

2013 - $8,000 - Uganda - Bethesda Hospital in Soroti

- 700 LifeStraw individual units in the maternity ward

- 4 LifeStraw community units providing clean water to the hospital

2012 - $9,000 - Haiti - 3 wells in Tricotte
